RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to LOVE your new purchase! We understand sometimes stuff doesn't fit, doesn’t suit you or you just changed your mind. So we are happy to accept most items back for exchange or refund.

- All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date. International buyers must ship within 7 days of receiving items.
- All items must be returned in original packaging with any tags attached.
- Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup or cigarette smells.
- Makeup, intimates, underwear, piercing jewellery, swimwear, hair dye or beauty products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
- We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- As soon as we receive your item and process it, we’ll send you a confirmation email .
Once you have done the return, please inform us via email about your return tracking number and the courier so that we can receive the returned item and refund you in accordance with the Return Policy soon.
Faulty or incorrect items:
If you believe have an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately on email@example.com with a picture of any issues and we will sort it out for you immediately. Just let us know as soon as you are aware of any issues.
